We are currently experiencing major issues with our ifieldscoutgroup.org.uk email server. All inbound email is not being received by users however outbound email is not impacted by this outage. We have classed this as a major outage and are working to rectify the issue as quickly as possible alongside our supplier.

Email Service Outage

We are currently investigating an issue on our Exchange Email server whereby emails with attachments are failing to be sent/received. On checking the logs, we have a high number of emails pending delivery with unexplained errors. We have raised a ticket with Microsoft Support and are working to diagnose the exact cause. In the meantime, please be aware emails with attachments may not be sent or received using our district or Ifield emails. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Server Patching

We will be performing routine server patching during our monthly maintenance window. As we install updates through the servers, you may experience intermittent connections / degraded service.
