Past incidents

Office365 Email Services

Users are unable to login to Office365 Email Services - This is impacting all users attempting to access Office365 Email via the web interface. We have attempted to reboot our servers however this has not fixed the issue. We have raised a priority ticket with Microsoft and are treating this as a major outage. Further updates will be provided as soon as possible.

Degraded Performance

Our main web server is currently experiencing a few minor issues which is degrading performance for end users. We will get this fixed as soon as possible.

Issue Resolved - DNS

The issue has now been resolved and services should be operating normally.

Cloudflare CDN and DNS Routing Errors

We are currently experiencing major issues with our DNS service which is causing a cascade failure to all our services. We have failed over to backups but these have limited capacity so performance is currently severely degraded. All email and web services are at risk of failure and we have raised a priority incident with our supplier. We shall continue to monitor this issue closely.
