DNS Updates

We are updating our DNS entries to use new settings. During this period, you may not be able to access some of our digital services for short periods of time.

DNS Routing Intermittent

Our DNS server is currently experiencing intermittent timeouts which is impacting all services. Please bear with us whilst we diagnose the fault.

Ifield Website Offline

We are aware that the Ifield Website is currently offline and is not responding to any requests. This website is on our old hosting platform and therefore doesn't offer the same level of resilience. We have raised a support ticket with our suppliers and will provide an update as quickly as possible.

All Services Restored

´╗┐This incident has now been resolved. Email services are now available to all users after engineers made a internal network change. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Office365 Email Unavailable

We are aware users cannot currently access Office365 email services. This is being caused by an Azure AD failure. This is under investigation with our supplier.
